I heard an advertisement on the radio the other day that surprised me, not simply because they were saying anything noteworthy, but simply because it was so banal. It was a national company’s advert. They pay an advert agency to create and their commercials. There are so many words at their disposal, so many descriptions, so many emotional statements to entice customers, why would they use the trite phrase, &quot knowledgeable, pleasant employees to serve you&quot? Even if they could not believe of anything exciting, they could have utilized, &quotif you have got questions, we’ve got answers&quot, &quotwe specialize in supplying answers&quot?&quotspecializing in premium products and efficient solutions&quot.&quotTry and stump the employees with your questions, they love a challenge&quot. &quotWe do not have all the answers but we’ll assist find solutions&quot

Even if you do not have anything new to say, you can nonetheless say it with fashion, create a connection to the consumer or create a buzz. Use customers’ experiences and what they have to say to create a unique concept. There is a reason that a consumer arrives to you instead than the competitors. You may have to ask a number of questions to get to the actual reason. Even if the only reason is that you are closer than the competitors..you can make a joke about it. You can brand your company with an attitude instead than a specific item line. If you current your company in a blasé method, people will be blasé about dealing with you.

Ho Hum is not something you can consider to the bank! Creating a recognizable brand provides measurable results, measurable through increased response, increased visitors, and increased interest. Take a stand, chose a area of interest and give it different point of view.
