I want to reveal with you a fantastic good results tale from 1 of my customers, Susan*, because I am so proud of her. Susan had been working in the pc business because college (8-ten many years) and though she was monetarily and professionally successful, she felt dissatisfied with her profession. Her heart was just not in it anymore.

Susan did a brave factor – she decided to make the work to go after a profession change right now. For about six months we labored collectively to uncover her core interests, identify her values, check her organic skills, and outline the parameters required for satisfying work for her.

It was not simple and the process took time but Susan tells me it was well worth the work. Susan has began a new profession that now fits WHO she is along with what she believes in, and what she can do. Susan moved from pc programming into bio-informatics and is now working on a life conserving new health-related item. Susan had always had an interest in biology and human medicine. Sadly, she had put her interests and values on the shelf, like many of us, because the job marketplace was tight when she entered the work force.

Susan known as me last week, following her initial day at her new job in bio-informatics. She left me a communication. In it she said: “I needed to let you know I had the greatest day at work that I believe I have ever before had. It was just unbelievable.” Congratulations Susan! Congratulations for standing up to the doldrums and not accepting a lifetime of unsatisfying work.

Existence is just too brief to be sad with your work. When we are sad in our work our friendships and relationships suffer, our physical well being suffers and our mental well being suffers.
