I believe that as solo-entrepreneurs, company owners, and executives we all require a pat on the back. Give yourself commendation. Why? Because we have the courage to stage outdoors of the corporate box and begin our personal companies, be our personal boss and take on the challenge and duties required for this journey. In order to even contemplate that stage we should have had a vision, a dream and a passion to carry it to fruition. So commend yourself.

Now, we’re in company. We’ve been working our small brains out. We are devoted to making our dream arrive true. Not only individual development, but company development and assisting other companies grow, expand, and create. Another way to maintain your passion is to discover similarities in your individual values and your company. All of us have a particular moral code.
