According to the shamanic traditions, the fantastic mystery of becoming is that all issues are alive and have a level of intelligence. This is because all issues are a part of the Fantastic Spirit. However, all issues also function individually, in believed and action. It is in these person actions that karma is born. Karmic laws also state that all karma, both great and bad, must also return house…return to sender!

Most of us don’t have a great grasp of group karma. Simply stated, if you concur to be a member of a group scenario, you are also agreeing to it’s collective karmic pattern of return. So faster or later on problems at function, in your company or corporate structure will display up at your front doorway. It’s like you caught the flu from the group…but now your personally unwell.

As humanity grows in it’s awareness…it also grows in karmic duty. So many years back many industries caused environmental problems, but had been not conscious of that reality. However, karmic law states all issues must return house……….so these industries don’t truly exist these days…..or run in a weakened situation [ in the future they will not exist at all].

According to my spirit guides, there is a big push these days as well clean up the karma of the global company globe. We know from the news that many company institutions, and even extremely big corporations are in trouble these days..many will not make it via the heavy gate of karmic return. They will fall short………….

On the brighter side, Spirit is not in opposition to company, but is truly pro-company….so now what?The more recent company design that is emerging is a lot more holistic. By agreeing to function more holistically, a lot less damaging karma developes…..and if you’re truly conscious of all company levels…extremely small damaging karma developes. So, if you’re in a corporate or company scenario, and issues are not truly going correct…consider the time to obvious the issues up, prior to you catch the karmic flu!

Just at the environmental level, many issues should be addressed….but just begin by keeping your workplace or function area clean and organized….this assists obvious out damaging energy patterns.
