Night Boat Fishing Checklist
Boat Fishing At Evening Checklist
Right here is an easy checklist of products you will need prior to you head out for a night fishing trip.
** Two Flashlights with new batteries in each.
-Sure enough, 1 of these flashlights is not going to work when you get out on the water. Of course, this usually occurs when you only have 1 flashlight with you.
** Pair of needle nose pliers
-Because it is tougher to see your line at night than during the day, you have a greater chance of hooking the fish deeper than usual with the delayed reaction time. The pliers will make your life much easier in these instances.
** Insect repellant
-A great mosquito repellant is critical to your sanity on the water. We have used “Skin-so-soft” by Avon and I think it works the greatest out of any of them. Something with deet is much better than absolutely nothing at all.
** Plenty of lures, line, extra rod & reel, etc
-This is an apparent 1.
** Extra fuse for the boat.
-If you blow a fuse out on the water and your boat lights go out, you could be in difficulty.
** Blacklight
- Utilizing a blacklight with a obvious blue fluorescent line will truly assist you see these hits faster.
** Spare boat battery
- Running all of these lights, blacklights, etc can place a strain on your battery. Much better secure than sorry.
** Initial Aid kit
- Whether you finish up with a snake bite or get hooked by your buddy’s cast, you will need correct medication, Band-Aids and peroxide, etc.
** Cell Telephone
- Although occasionally you may find it tough to get a great signal on the water, a cell telephone can actually conserve your life if you get into difficulty.
There are many other things you should pack for your trip. These are just some of the bigger products we have discovered helpful in the past.
