It seems that my dna fragrance is a company that offers fragrance and perfume.  For unspecified causes, the company website at mydnafragrance.com is suspended.  There isn’t any known explanation why the suspension occurred. Was there some legal problems involved or simply the site operator forgot to renew the web hosting service?  Anyway, the site has been closed for now.

The writer dug a lttle bit on the Internet and located my dna fragrance’s claim that "My DNA fragrance combines the latest in DNA science to mix genomics with fragrance formulation to bottle your DNA in an individual-specific composition of notes and accords."

My dna fragrance claims they will tailor-make fragrance or perfume for yourself based on your genetic fingerprint.  So far as the writer knows, genetics has not so advanced how the genetic information is possibly used as an aid to develop so called unique fragrance or perfume.  Surely you might mechanically mix your dna from the bucccal swab from the customer contained in the product.  However the DNA info has nothing to do with the fragrance development. Although there’s such a chance, it’s unlikely that my dna fragrance can afford to pay money to accomplish the genetic analysis.  Even though a buyer’s dna can be used, the corporation couldn’t spend much to develop fragrance.  Fragrance formulation needs time to complete.

You can apply dna testing or so called maternal or paternal test to determine whether you’re the mother or father of a child. But never hear of any perfumer formulating a fragrance according to a buyer’s dna.  Maybe it’s possible within the future.
